Account Handler

A New Kind Of Kick is a brand perception agency that works with a diverse portfolio of international clients across various sectors including fashion, film and sport.

We are a friendly, collaborative and supportive team of eight looking for a full time Account Handler to join us in our studio in Shoreditch on a full time basis.

Our ideal candidate will be friendly, proactive, enthusiastic and straight talking. On a day to day level, you will be responsible for the management of our clients, taking new project briefs from them, ensuring clients are kept up to date throughout a projects lifetime and providing excellent client service.

We are keen to hear from you if you are highly organised with a methodical no nonsense approach and confidence dealing with clients at a senior level. Communication is key within this role, as is the ability to think ahead and on your feet.

In terms of your background you may have worked in a similar role or come from a client facing project management role. Experience within the wellness and drinks (alcohol based) sector would be a real bonus.

Reporting directly to our Co Founder and Creative Strategy Director you will be comfortable owning this role and hitting the ground running. A track record of client management at mid-senior level and confidence liaising with and delivering to clients are a must.
