Role Overview:

As a Mid-Weight Brand Designer, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence through visually compelling designs and assets. With a focus on email and partner content creation, as well as preparation for upcoming brand moments, you'll collaborate closely with various teams to deliver engaging visuals that align with our brand identity and resonate with our audience. Additionally, you'll contribute to the expansion of our content creation capabilities, including photography and videography, to further enhance our representation within the running and endurance sports community.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver designs and assets that maintain brand consistency and captivate audiences across social media, CRM, and marketing collateral platforms.

Focus on partnerships content, collaborating with exciting brands such as Brooks, Shokz, WHOOP, and others to harmoniously integrate brand styles.

Contribute to LDT brand communications by utilizing brand assets, adhering to guidelines, and creating designs that authentically reflect the LDT brand.

Design and build email campaigns, including recommendation emails, newsletters, solus emails, and more, utilizing tools such as Braze for template creation (no HTML/CSS knowledge required).

Demonstrate basic motion skills by creating animated GIFs and other engaging content.

Assist in photography and videography efforts to capture content for partners and events, enhancing our community engagement across email and social channels.

Prerequisites:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple briefs and deliverables effectively.

Proficiency in design software, particularly Figma and the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Previous experience with email marketing tools like Braze, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo is desirable.

Advanced motion and editing skills, such as motion graphics and video content editing for social reels, are considered a bonus.
