The role

With this role you will lead client relationships and strategies, as part of a team that encourages collaboration and a proactive approach to problem solving. You will work with our Client Management and Design Teams to ensure you clients’ goals are met, whilst maintaining an ambitious creative vision. The role includes;

  • Maintaining strong and influential relationships with our clients
  • Understanding and interpreting key client goals
  • Leading client growth strategies
  • Producing and delivering formal client presentations
  • Ensuring a full understanding of our client sectors, and developing informed perspectives on competitor and market trends
  • Continuously improving on existing strategies to ensure maximum ROI for our clients

Day-to-day you will:

  • Take clear and specified briefs from clients and to ensure these are professionally responded to
  • Nurture client relationships and partnerships
  • Work with the Design Team to build understanding of client needs and act as the client ‘voice’ within the studio
  • Play a lead role in the making of strategic decisions and creation of project scopes
  • Manage budgets and quality control

As an Account Director you will work closely with our Producers on the project management and delivery of projects for your assigned clients.

What we ask of you

On a professional level:

  • Three+ years of professional experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Evidence of interest and experience in running creative projects
  • To be happy taking the lead on projects, working both independently and as part of a team
  • To be comfortable working in Google Workspace
  • (knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite would be a bonus)
