Job Description

THE BRAND

ASOS is one of the UK’s top fashion and beauty destinations, expanding globally at a rapid pace. Our values are to be authentic, brave, creative, and disciplined, and we live and breathe these in everything we do.

The AsYou brand is part of our VENTURE department. VENTURE create and develop inclusive sub brands that focus on the GEN Z demographic. These brands include Collusion, Reclaimed Vintage, AsYou and Miss Selfridge. We strive to be a destination where our demographic can feel safe to express themselves and be whoever they want to be. We push the ideas of inclusivity, diversity and individualism.

The AsYou girl…she’s a little old school meets new gen with attitude. Actively pushing the boundaries, fashion is a safe space for her. She appreciates the sass of Naomi, not as clueless as Cher and 90’s Christina is always her vibe. With the Jenners showing off daily on Insta, she figures why not be daring! She is ready to pay homage to fashion icons of the past, present & future whether she’s chilling on the sofa or heading to an event. It’s all about the ‘fit and the confidence. Unafraid and unapologetic, showing off a little more is never a problem.

The whole world has to see, even if it’s just on their phones.

Intrigued?... AsYou should be.

THE ROLE

Want to see your designs worn by millions? As a Designer on AsYou, you’ll be plugged into the Gen Z culture and on the pulse of the latest fashion and trends that our customers love. You’ll need to be a creative, commercial and highly experienced Designer who works collaboratively.
