The Studio
In-house studio for a high-performance sports brand with deep heritage and an ambition to become the most aspirational and innovative in its field. This forward-thinking design studio is central to delivering highly successful creative campaigns, activations, experiences and moments for a growing and diverse fan base. Leaning heavily into culture, art, music, style and fashion they’ve created some hugely exciting and ground-breaking campaigns and brand partnerships that continuously reach wider audiences and elevate the brand as a cultural force. The team is together in the studio 3 days a week for collaboration, support and camaraderie.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering sophisticated brand experiences that resonate with a growing audience and fan base. Our ideal candidate will have an impressive background in experience design for premium, luxury and/or cultural brands. You’ll work closely with both content teams, production agencies, and the wider design studio to conceptualise and execute first-class solutions for both physical spaces and digital touchpoints, applying 360 thinking across event branding, motion, content and social to engage audiences at every step of their event journey. We’re looking for a big thinker, someone full of ideas and creativity, who instinctively knows what a modern and relevant brand looks and feels like.
Your core responsibilities will extend across concept, design, production and team/stakeholder management. You’ll have the opportunity to lead the strategic conceptualisation and design of all brand experiences including events, hospitality, partner activations, pop-ups and retail as well as the digital and social touchpoints around each experience. You’ll also be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of the creative production, working directly with suppliers, specialist agencies and international vendors, ensuring both commercial and brand requirements are met on each occasion.
Our ideal candidate
Will need significant experience working in event design, supported by an impressive portfolio of exciting work and projects.
Is highly conceptual with a deep understanding of both graphics and spatial design.
Has experience working with different materials, vendors and technologies to deliver exceptional experiences.
Has impeccable taste levels and can bring an elevated aesthetic to the projects they’re working on.
Enjoys researching and analysing trends, competitor activations and emerging experiential technologies to inform and enhance creative output.
