Junior/Mid Designer

About Us

We are an exciting new studio, with a difference. We combine venture, creativity and the power of design to add value to innovative companies that are driving change and making an impact. We help founders raise funding, build their brands and develop MVPs using design. Additionally, we assist scale-up companies in distinguishing themselves from the competition through our new studio. We've also recently won an innovate UK award. We are currently seeking a junior multidisciplinary designer to contribute to the growth of our business. We offer all the typical benefits of a modern company. The role can be a combination of remote and in-person work, with our studios located in both London and Margate. We are also interested in hearing from freelancers. Please note, currently we're revamping our site to reflect our new offer.

About You

The role will involve:

• Web/product design

• Graphic design

• Creativity and innovation

Requirements:

You're a skilled artisan, possessing a keen eye for typography, UI, and brand systems:

• Experience working with Figma (or Adobe XD) and Adobe Creative Suite software.

• Strong communication skills, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design abilities.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and versatility in style.

• Understanding of motion design &/or 3D is a bonus

• Unconventional approach to work driven through creativity and curiosity is desired.
