We’re a group of 9 London venues with a passion for music, great nights out, and unforgettable karaoke experiences. From packed-out DJ nights to immersive food and drink tastings — we know how to bring the party.

We're on the hunt for a Social Media & Events Marketing Manager to help us drive bookings, fill venues, and grow our social following. You’ll take the lead on digital strategy and content across the group — with a focus on our karaoke and music-led venues.

Your Role

Run targeted paid ad campaigns across Meta and TikTok to drive real results (bookings, RSVPs, footfall)

Lead social media strategy across 9 venues

Create and curate engaging content — especially short-form video

Work with our content creator and freelance designer on on-brand assets

Grow and engage our TikTok, Instagram and Facebook audiences

Promote key events (karaoke nights, DJ sets, brunches, parties)

Use data + analytics to test and optimise campaigns

Visit venues to capture content and stay close to what’s happening on the ground

Manage one direct report (Content Creator)

You’ll Need

3+ years experience in social media, digital or event marketing (hospitality/nightlife ideal)

Strong skills in paid social (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads)

Confidence with video content creation/editing (Reels, TikToks)

A good eye for visuals and branding

Hands-on and people-savvy — you love being where the action is

Experience managing creatives or junior staff

Bonus points if you love karaoke, music, or late-night events 🎤
