Job Description

About the company

OMRE, meaning "lifespan" in Farsi, was founded with the mission to develop supplements that truly make a difference in health and longevity. Led by our CEO, a former medical doctor with six years of clinical experience, OMRE was born from the realization that many of the conditions treated in modern healthcare are preventable and linked to aging and lifestyle factors.

Inspired by cutting-edge aging science and natural agents shown to slow or reverse the hallmarks of aging, OMRE is committed to creating products with a real purpose-helping people live longer, healthier lives. Since our launch just over two years ago, OMRE has experienced rapid growth and now sells its products globally, with the USA as our primary market. We are looking to appoint our founding marketing team to help drive the next stage of our journey.

--------------

The vision

OMRE’s vision is to become the leading brand in the emerging field of longevity, empowering people to live longer, healthier lives through science-backed education and preventative solutions. We are dedicated to cutting through the noise of wellness fads and trends, offering only the most effective, scientifically-proven supplements and lifestyle guidance. Our goal is to be the go-to brand for those seeking real, lasting change-helping people take control of their health, age with vitality, and embrace a future where longevity is not just a dream, but a reality.

About the Role

This is a rare chance to join OMRE at a defining moment in our journey, we’re looking for a mid-weight, Social Video Editor to join our creative team. This role is all about crafting culturally relevant and engaging content for our paid social and organic social channels. This role is all about hooks, impact and creativity.

You’ll be a hands-on editor with a strong understanding of how to edit organic and performance led social content, optimising your creative approach for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and beyond. At the same time, you’ll bring a strategic, process-driven mindset, setting up templates, managing filing systems, and helping streamline how we produce and deliver content at scale.

You’ll work side by side with the Head of Brand & Creative, shaping how OMRE looks, feels, and shows up across every touchpoint with video and motion. This role is about more than execution: it’s about collaboration, pushing ideas further, and crafting a visual design system that can scale with us globally.

We’re looking for someone who is obsessed with social edits and focuses on the details as much as the bigger picture. Someone who can move quickly in a startup environment, but always with a premium, meticulous standard. If you want to leave your mark on a brand with ambition, purpose, and culture-shaping potential, this is that opportunity.

--------------

Team Structure & What’s Ahead

You’ll be joining OMRE at a pivotal moment of growth. You’ll work closely with the Head of Brand and Creative, Social Media Manager and Creative Strategist. We're using a co-working space in Old Street, London with our own dedicated office-where you'll have direct access to leadership and the opportunity to shape the visual identity of our brand touchpoints from the inside out.

On the brand side, OMRE is currently undergoing a comprehensive brand refresh and we're also deep into R&D for several new product formulations under the OMRE brand.

--------------

What You’ll Do

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who’s ready to help build a visual brand from the ground up - shaping how OMRE shows up across every visual touchpoint, from digital, to CRM, organic and paid social.

Edit and adapt performance-first video assets for paid campaigns, testing variations in hooks, pacing, and CTAs.

Create organic, social-native edits that feel authentic, engaging, and on-brand.

Build and maintain templates, file structures, and asset libraries to support efficient, scalable content output.

Stay plugged into social trends and editing styles, feeding fresh approaches into our creative process.

Collaborate with the Creative Strategist to develop and deliver assets that meet both brand and performance goals.

Balance speed and quality — delivering fast-turnaround edits that still feel polished and platform-ready.

Leverage AI tools (e.g. MidJourney, Veo3) to support ideation, asset creation, and speed of delivery where relevant.

--------------

What You Bring

- Proven experience as a video editor in a social and/or performance-driven environment.

- Strong portfolio of social-first work across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

- Clear understanding of direct-response editing principles for performance content.

- Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Davinci (or similar).

- Motion design skills — confident adding graphics, titles, and simple animations to elevate content.

- Process-oriented — able to set up and manage editing systems, templates, and file structures.

- Aware of social culture and content trends, with a passion for staying current.

- Comfortable working at pace, with multiple deliverables across paid and organic.

- Bonus - if you also have the ability to shoot and create content with a camera and iphone

--------------

Why join us

- Incredibly rare opportunity to be a part of a creative team that is building the foundations of how will show up and feel across all touchpoints.

- Be the go-to editor across both paid and organic social, shaping how our content performs and looks.

- Opportunity to own the editing function and help set up processes that make our creative output stronger.

- Work with a creative team that values experimentation, collaboration, and cultural relevance.
