Job Description

The Company:

Candy Capital, the privately held family office of British entrepreneur and real estate developer Nick Candy. His diverse business interests span luxury real estate, interior design, and global investments in technology and natural resources. Synonymous with the world’s most luxurious real estate, Candy is celebrated for exceptional design and meticulous attention to detail. Its flagship project, One Hyde Park in London, revolutionized the global real estate market, setting unparalleled standards in luxury design and living.

The in-house team works across a dynamic and ever-evolving portfolio of brands and businesses, with a primary focus on international luxury real estate (including branded residences in the Middle East), high-end interior design, and premium drinks brands.

The Role:

We are seeking a midweight graphic designer to join our small, fast-paced in-house marketing, communications, and sales team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a broad range of sectors and brand identities, supporting multiple internal stakeholders — from senior leadership to interior design and investment teams.

You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the Chief of Staff, with occasional direct interaction with the CEO.

We’re seeking a creative, resourceful, and proactive individual with a keen eye for luxury aesthetics — someone who is confident working under pressure, comfortable multitasking, and is excited by the challenge of delivering exceptional design across diverse formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside external branding, marketing, and visualisation agencies to help brief, develop, and deliver a range of design assets and campaigns.
  • The role will involve a 50 / 50 split between working within (and adapting) established brand guidelines; and designing, art-directing assets from scratch.
  • Create high-quality design work across digital and print, including but not limited to:
  • Brochures, presentations, operational branded templates and stationery, event collateral, and packaging.
  • Email templates, newsletters, digital invitations, and web layout support.
  • Social media assets (organic and paid).
  • Basic print advertising layouts and production artwork.
  • Manage graphic design and image asset libraries, maintaining structure, quality, and accessibility.
  • Serve as a brand guardian — ensuring consistency, accuracy, and elevated visual standards across all design outputs, both in-house and via external agencies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A sharp design eye, with a deep understanding of layout, typography, colour, and composition.
  • Strong grasp of visual storytelling, with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visual formats.
  • Experience working with premium or luxury brands and a good understanding of the visual language, tone, and standards that define high-end design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to interpret briefs and provide clear creative direction.
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple projects with a calm, can-do attitude.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to creativity, with a passion for craft and attention to detail.

Required Experience:

  • Degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent qualification)
  • At least 5 years of industry experience in a similar design role
  • A standout portfolio demonstrating brand identity, campaign, print, and digital design
  • Experience working as part of a cross-functional team is essential
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of digital platforms and asset creation for social media
  • Experience with video editing (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or Maya) is a bonus
  • Photography or art direction skills are desirable but not essential

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development
  • A collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
  • Exposure to high-profile, globally focused luxury projects
  • A chance to work across a diverse portfolio and contribute to ground-breaking ventures
