Job Description

Threepipe Reply is a creative agency that forms part of a larger integrated marketing agency, looking for a content copywriter on a contract basis, working on a long-term project for a major B2C telecommunications client as well as providing wider support where required. Predominantly the focus will be on creating compelling digital content for product landing pages.

We are looking for a talented and professional copywriter, with experience working on B2C brands (preferably within the telecommunications industry) and at a fast pace. You will be an expert in copywriting with several years’ experience in the creative industry, ready to support a significant and important ongoing project. You’ll have a flawless eye for detail, as well as the ability to provide engaging and action-inducing copy. You’ll have a depth of experience working creatively, efficiently and at speed to align with the requirements of the project and other support requirements.

You’ll need to:

  • Have a minimum of 4 years copywriting experience, ideally working at a marketing agency or in-house
  • Have extensive knowledge and expertise with B2C clients (B2B experience is a bonus)
  • Be able to work quickly and efficiently, producing high outputs across multiple tasks
  • Have a flawless eye for detail and flair for creative writing
  • Specifically, this role will require you to:
  • Liaise with client regularly, either by phone, email or face-to-face
  • Edit your own and others' writing accurately and efficiently
  • Carry out project scoping and create a clear brief, to client requirements are met
  • Tailor the content and style of individual writing assignments to either persuade or inform, following a consistent tone of voice
  • Work with creative teams to ensure that the visual elements complement the messaging
  • Input your content to the client's content management software (CMS)
  • Work with the client and team to review the impact of your work
  • Utilize existing Brand and Style Books to create compelling digital content for Product Landing pages
  • Collaborate with Go-to-Market, Product, Care and Legal teams to ensure digital content meets internal standards
  • Deliver clear customer-facing copy across multiple assets and site locations
