If you’re looking for a meaty brand side role, with the remit to lead all things creative, this is the one.

As the Head of Creative, your remit includes;

• Head up the creative team within this inhouse creative agency.
• 360 ideation, conceptualise, design, art direct, oversee delivery and manage a team.
• Collaborate with the Creative Directors to lead key campaign projects
• Be hands on with creative concepting and design, art direct of stills and shoots, oversea post production and content delivery
• Manage a team of art directors, designers across different levels, and oversee stills and video post.
• Partner with various departments from marketing to vm to npd, retail, digital products.
• Contribute to strategic development of creative briefs
• Know market trends specifically within the premium beauty sector
• Deliver creative solutions of outstanding quality, consistently and on time.
• Forge strong relationships with other ‘heads of’ and department directors.

Experience and skills sought:

• Lots of experience within premium beauty sector, gained from brand and agency side.
• Experience coming up with 360 ideas for large global campaigns across video, social media, traditional campaigns, TV, OOH, DOOH, digital marketing, activation and more.
• Team management, mentoring and leadership experience
• Hands on with concepting and designing using the usual software’s.
• Experience of collaborating with cross-functional teams from marketing, to vm, to new product development.
• As Head of Creative, experience overseeing post production of stills and moving image.
• Polished presentation skills
• Ability and resilience to work in a fast moving creative agency environment
