Project Manager

About the studio

We’re an award-winning design studio building brands for people, places and purpose. We help shape everyday experiences — across property, hospitality and more — that connect with real people in real environments.

We’re a creative combination of vast industry experience, fresh innovative thinking and multifaceted talent. Despite our size, we cover just about every brand and design need. From strategic thinking to website design to global campaigns and much more.

Your role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our studio full-time to support the wider team on all creative projects.

We’re after someone who enjoys coming up with creative ideas just as much as they love managing people’s time. You’ll be expected to drive productivity within the studio, collaborate with our clients and help us reach our ambitions in every project.

As part of a small, growing outfit, you’ll be expected to aid the general day-to-day operations, solve problems quickly and work closely with the founders to support the business wherever needed.

Your responsibilities

  • Own our internal project management software
  • Help manage multiple client relationships, turning requests into actionable tasks
  • Coordinating and managing schedules to get the most from every brief
  • Managing project scope and timelines
  • Liaising with external stakeholders, incl. suppliers, printers and freelancers
  • Supporting with the creation of project proposal documents
  • Manage production on external events incl. photoshoots
  • Support with general studio admin

Your experience

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Creative/design background
  • Experience in an agency setting
  • Skilled at Project Management tools incl. Monday.com
  • Master of Google Sheets
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

Your benefits

  • Nest pension scheme (after 3 months)
  • £300 annual learning budget
  • Headspace subscription
  • Regular team socials

Your lifestyle

  • Hybrid working – 3 days in our Battersea office + 2 days WFH.
  • 9.00am-5.30pm working day
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Extended Christmas break

Your equipment

  • Apple equipment provided
  • Stationary provided
  • Adobe Creative Suite provided

Your money

Annual Salary – £28,000 - £32,000
