Job Description
Troubadour is a London-based brand creating performance-driven bags and accessories that unite sleek design, smart functionality, and responsible craftsmanship. Designed for modern movement — from daily commutes to international travel — every product is built to perform beautifully while treading lightly on the planet.
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in scaling Troubadour’s marketing operations. This role is ideal for a highly organised, data-savvy marketing generalist who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. You’ll bring structure to creative processes, manage campaigns and events end-to-end, and support the execution of strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
If you love turning ideas into action, balancing creative energy with operational rigour, and working across functions to make things happen — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Campaign & Project Management
- Oversee the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns — ensuring timelines, assets, and execution are top notch
- Own the marketing calendar and keep cross-functional teams aligned on priorities, deliverables, and deadlines
- Push assets out to external partners including press, agencies, wholesale vendors, and VIPs
- Manage the admin side of our affiliate network, vetting new applications and monitoring current partners
- Develop and refine internal processes to improve efficiency and collaboration across the marketing function
Social Media & Content Support
- Support the social team in planning and coordinating content across Troubadour’s social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
- Assist in producing social content as needed — including concepting, writing captions, coordinating shoots, and managing posting schedules
- Ensure all social content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and campaign goals
- Collaborate with designers and videographers to help deliver engaging short-form content that amplifies brand storytelling and community engagement
Performance & Analytics
- Track campaign performance across channels — including email, paid social, affiliate, and partnerships — and compile actionable insights
- Support the setup of dashboards and regular reporting cycles to measure ROI, customer engagement, and channel efficiency
Event Planning & Brand Activations (as needed)
- Plan and execute brand events, pop-ups, and partnership activations — managing logistics, budgets, and on-site coordination
- Work with internal and external partners to ensure all touchpoints reflect Troubadour’s premium, design-led aesthetic
- Track outcomes, collect feedback, and use data to optimise future events and experiential marketing initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the organisational hub for the marketing team — maintaining alignment across departments and helping projects move from concept to completion
- Collaborate closely with creative, growth, and product teams to bring integrated campaigns and brand moments to life
- Communicate updates clearly, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders informed at every stage
We’re Excited About You Because:
- You have 3–4 years of experience in marketing coordination or operations — ideally within a consumer brand, e-commerce, or startup environment
- You’re a natural organiser who loves building structure, process, and clarity in fast-moving teams
- You bring a generalist mindset — equally comfortable managing a campaign brief, analysing results, or coordinating an event
- You understand marketing fundamentals across digital, lifecycle, and brand channels
- You’re data-driven, curious, and confident interpreting metrics to inform decisions
- You’re proactive, dependable, and thrive when juggling multiple projects
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a calm approach to problem solving
- You’re energised by creativity, collaboration, and the idea of helping shape the growth of a modern luxury brand
Tools You’ll Use:
- Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com or similar project management tools
- Klaviyo
- Impact
- Google Analytics and Shopify
- Figma (for collaboration and asset reviews)
- Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
Why Join Troubadour:
- Join a fast-growing, design-led brand redefining luxury through performance, sustainability, and craft
- Collaborate with a creative, ambitious, and supportive team where your ideas have real impact
- Work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where organisation and initiative are valued as highly as creativity
- Take ownership of meaningful projects, grow with the business, and help shape the systems that drive our next phase of growth
