Uncommonly is looking for a midweight digital graphic designer. This is an exciting role that will give you the opportunity to be at the centre of the agency’s interactive output, bringing ideas and exceptional design skills to create digital design solutions for our growing roster of leading global brands.

You will be responsible for the creative development and outcome of a wide range of projects, from the digital iterations of print editorial content to digital-first content solutions, social campaigns and marketing collateral. You will also work on pitches, often on tight timelines, helping to create innovative, winning solutions to a creative brief. Although the role is primarily digital, you will sometimes support print design projects when necessary.

You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, liaising closely with the Creative Director and collaborating well with editors, copywriters, designers, picture editors and developers. You will have an excellent grasp of emerging best practice in the digital design arena and will be confident in liaising with clients and suppliers.

To deliver digital solutions across all of Uncommonly output as required; to take responsibility for hitting deadlines, working within budgets, maintaining the highest design standards at all times; creating materials and prototypes for pitches and presentations, supporting team members, managing external suppliers; working well as a team member; taking part when required in workshops and interactions with clients.

Key skills:

2-3 years minimum digital design industry experience, skill in prototyping programs (Sigma, Invision, Principle), experience in animation, After effects, Film editing, web design, coding, App design.

Portfolio should demonstrate a user-centric design approach and well-crafted execution and skills in layout, colour themes and typography.

Experience of working on website platforms is essential.

Strong Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop skills.


We are a small London creative agency, based in Borough, working in print and digital, across content, branding, website design, creative direction and shoot production for a mix of high-profile, luxury lifestyle brands. Subject areas include travel, property, automotive, style, food and drink and art and culture. Our projects, both print and digital, involve end-to-end art direction, inclduing commissioning of original illustration and photography. We produce magazines, digital journals, website content, coffee table books, social media campaigns, email newsletters, content apps, brand positioning/identity handbooks, video production, fashion/lifestyle shoots, website design and small animation projects. We are currently working a blended week of in-office days and WFH, subject to what is necessary as projects demand.
