Entering an exciting phase of growth we are now seeking a Senior Producer to join our team to lead delivery of inspirational projects and to build internal consistency and brilliance within the team. Job Description

To deliver these outcomes you will be expected to undertake the following

  • Project Management: Take charge of all post-production aspects for assigned projects. Create and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a talented team of post-production coordinators, editors, and professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Quality Control: Uphold our uncompromising quality standards throughout the post-production process.
  • Ensure and enforce a quality assurance standard by reviewing and approving final deliverables, including edits, sound design, visual effects, and colour correction.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with the production team to own or oversee the post-production budget and the budgeting process.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize spending.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary client liaison during post-production,providing regular updates, addressing feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise: Understand the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies in post-production an using thus knowledge to solve technical challenges with ingenuity.
  • Post-Production Workflow: Develop and implement streamlined post-production workflows, collaborating with departments like sound design, visual effects, and colour correction.
  • Lead, mentor and manage your team instilling best practice and Purple Martin’s values to create a team of A-list reports performing to their best.
  • Provide feedback and reporting to the Directors and the business as required.

Previous experience:

10 years plus Proven end-to-end post-production experience with a robust portfolio of culturally relevant projects including stills and moving image within a SME environment ideally with exposure to multiple growth phases

Proficiency or understanding of industry-standard software (inc. Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve).

Outstanding leadership and team management abilities.
