Job Description
ONQOR Group is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its young and dynamic team. Heavily creative with a focus on helping brands that are sustainable, ethical & moral, ONQOR Group is a 360° Marketing & Technology Agency proudly developing high-quality Marketing with efficient systems in place.
The key areas of our business include Digital Marketing, Web Design, Video & photography Production, SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Graphic Design, Branding and IT Solutions. This is a dream job for someone that loves challenges, with a strategic mindset, particularly in digital marketing.

Your day to day key responsibilities:
- Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts throughout the department.
- Evaluating and developing strong marketing strategies and marketing plans for our clients and internally
- Defining & attaining forecasted results for campaigns
- Identifying potential clients and lead generation
- Developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
- Overseeing digital marketing strategy, Campaign development, Social Media Marketing, Online presence
- Responsible for creation of project timelines and internal briefs for the marketing team
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years experience, ideally in a Creative or Marketing agency or a similar in-house position
- Experience in managing a team
- Experience in developing strategies & managing Marketing campaigns
- Strong copywriting skills
- Strong understanding of PPC /SEO / Social Media Marketing / Out Of Home / Sales Funnels
- Knowledge of influencer marketing, email marketing & other marketing channels
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Salary: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
