Job Description

RDP - Creative Project Manager (manufacturing consumer products experience)

Role Overview

RDP is a market leader in the design and manufacturing of promotional and retail

products for globally market-leading entertainment brands and IP rights holders.

The Project Manager acts as the operational heartbeat of RDP and is responsible for

overseeing the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring timely execution and

delivery in line with client requirements. Acting as the operational backbone of each

project, this role involves coordinating internal teams, managing timelines, escalating

risks, and ensuring seamless project flow from ideation to completion.

A great PM doesn’t just follow a plan - they constantly anticipate issues, protect timelines, and

make decisions that balance speed, cost, and quality. The Project Manager will work

closely with Account Managers, Design, Buyers, Compliance and Logistics, to ensure

all client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the client’s

expectations. While the design team pushes creativity and the commercial team

pushes client expectations, PMs keep the process realistic and executable.

When urgency hits - and it will - PMs are the ones clearing blockers and keeping

production on track.

Director.
