Commercial Operations work across the whole Hearst print and digital portfolio producing an array of products for a wide range of clients. We pride ourselves on our ability to think creatively, be flexible, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your role is an integral part of the Hearst Operations Project Management team. You will take full ownership of print and digital delivery – ensuring all creative assets are delivered on time and to the highest standard by co-ordinating with relevant stakeholders to meet client goals.

You will be interacting directly with agencies and clients. Leading multiple campaigns, you’ll work closely with the Hearst studio production teams, ensuring work is allocate correctly, delivered on time and within budget. You’ll work in close partnership with editors, producers, account managers, digital design and art, audience engagement and sales.

ABOUT YOU

You should have experience taking full ownership of print and digital delivery campaigns, working collaboratively with creative teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will be client facing and thrive on juggling multiple projects/clients at the same time, ensuring consistent delivery of high quality and profitable work. You will have great attention to detail and will ensure all administration and finance information is accurate and maintained to a high standard. You will have great communication skills as well as a positive and proactive approach to your work, anticipating client’s needs and staying two steps ahead of the next deliverable, milestone or project. You will be the glue that brings the internal, agency/client teams together to deliver results and will strive to see problems as opportunities to learn and better your skillset.
