Girardot is a well established advertising and design agency. We specialise in digital and print advertising and design for a wide range of clients in the financial, luxury goods and lifestyle sectors.

The Role: Full time Digital/Print/Motion Designer

Girardot are looking for a mid-weight digital and print designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver exceptional digital content suitable for use across multiple media forms including but not limited to social media, video, motion graphics, HTML web banners and PDF and Powerpoint presentations. You will be required to be just as proficient in the print domain too, with the ability to create print ready adverts, 48 sheet posters, brochures and packaging.

We are a small agency so if selected, you will be involved at every stage of the project, from concept creation to delivering the final product, gaining a real ownership of the projects that you work on.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- CC versions of Adobe Indesign, Photoshop & Illustrator

- CC version of Adobe After Effects & Animate (HTML)

- Skills in animation, composition & timing.

- Video editing, encoding, optimisation for mobile and web.

- Experience in delivering print ready documents

- A good knowledge of CMYK, RGB, & PANTONE colour modes

Desirable but not essential skills:

- A knowledge of third party hosting companies e.g. Flashtalking

- A knowledge of HTML and CSS

- A working knowledge of Cinema 4D and 3D rendering

About You:

- An impressive print design and motion graphics portfolio.

- 2+ years’ experience within a similar agency/background.

- A relevant design or visualisation degree.

- Pro-active, confident and self-motivated individual.

- Eagerness to play an active role in projects from inception, scoping, planning, designing, development, testing and delivery.
