Job Description
We're currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join our design team and work closely with our Creative Director, Founder and clients. The role will be supporting & leading on brand creation projects, visual communication research for our clients and prospect clients, creating graphic-format social media content, wireframing apps/websites and curating content feeds from found/original photography & videography.
Main Duties & Responsibilities (in no particular order):
Point of contact for all creative on the clients that they are assigned
Attending weekly team meetings in a timely manner, preparing any ideas that are across your projects and the team collectively
Having an active role in team meetings
Having a strong opinion on creative/ideas - Feels comfortable to give feedback
Being able to present ideas internally and externally in a succinct and clear nature
Good at on the spot brainstorming with clients or internal meetings.
Good time and note keeping skills from the client and internal members
Sufficient in managing your own time and being proactive when free on own projects.
Feel comfortable to run a project from start to finish (Concept - Artwork) with the guidance of seniors/creative director
Strong point of research when starting a project to contextualise and ground ideas.
Open to side projects and how to grow as an individual and TRH business as a whole
Necessary Skills and Experience:
Branding First Mindset
Strong understanding of Social Media as a Medium
1-2 Years of industry experience working in an agency
Strong understanding of basic Adobe CC
Beneficial if worked with Website or Digital work
Beneficial if worked with Animation
Beneficial if worked with Production (Film/Content)
Being able to have a laugh and open mindset
All round hustler, multitasker and calm under pressure
