We're a digital product studio who work with international clients building websites and web applications. You'll work across a range of interesting web projects – from design-focused creative frontend experiences, to web products for startups and teams – and with a great group of designers and developers 👋

We're looking for a senior digital project manager to join our growing team. You will be working with our biggest client on a range of brand web experiences. You should have solid experience working within a digital agency, understand the design and development process, be able to communicate clearly with client and developers, and have experience working within an agile methodology.

We're looking for someone London-based, but we're a mostly remote team with fully flexible working.

Your day-to-day ☕️

  • Scoping, quoting & planning upcoming projects
  • Managing clients from the initial briefing until the end of a project’s life cycle
  • Ensuring project objectives are met, whilst controlling scope, budget and timelines
  • Working with designers and the development team and monitoring progress on projects
  • Tracking projects and assessing risks and appropriately managing issues with the correct stakeholders
  • Proactive management of project tracking tools to ensure they are kept up to date and accurate

About you! 🙃

  • You should have solid experience running digital projects
  • Be a natural and kind communicator – able to rally the team through clarity and optimism
  • Feel comfortable working across several projects and have the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
  • Outstanding attention to detail, method, and excellent time management skills
  • A strong understanding of the design and development process
  • Ability to understand the technical planning of the project and then to brief relevant design and development teams
  • Working with numerous stakeholders, and resolving conflicting interests when necessary
  • Enthusiasm for the potential application of new technologies
  • Experience in working with project management and design software (Notion, Trello, Linear, Figma).
