Job Description

Overview

Creative Lives in Progress is an inclusive creative careers resource, on a mission to transform the way emerging talent access, understand and connect with the industry.

We encourage greater transparency and representation within the creative working world by sharing advice and insight, highlighting entry-level opportunities, as well as hosting events that bring talent and industry together.

We do this all with the help of our Company Partners, companies who care about the future of the creative industry and whose support makes everything we do possible. In return we help our partners reach, understand and connect with emerging talent. Some of our partners include Google, WePresent and DixonBaxi.

With that in mind, we are now looking for an experienced project & account manager to come on board to oversee and lead the account management and development of our company partners as well as oversee the quality and smooth-running of all internal projects at Creative Lives in Progress.

Please note, this is a temporary 13 months fixed term contract owing to the need to cover the post-holder’s maternity leave; the start date will be 08/08/2022 and the end date will be 12/09/2023 or on the return of the post-holder, whichever is sooner.

You;

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with experience working directly with clients
  • Highly organised and detail oriented, capable of managing large scale production timelines and budgets
  • Process-driven, organised and methodical with a high attention to detail orally, in writing and numerically
  • Able to maintain relationships, helping secure new business and ensuring future stability
  • Experience managing a team and maintaining a positive working culture
  • Able to represent, influence and progress the business externally
  • Capable of reporting and analysing project performance
  • Confident in negotiating and scoping new project briefs
  • The ability to keep calm under pressure, with a consistent, positive can-do attitude
  • Positive and proactive problem solver, providing solutions and welcoming new challenges
  • Self-sufficient and able to use initiative when encountering challenges
  • Culturally astute and aware of the creative industry around them
