Summary

We are looking for a conceptual and creative mind to join our growing team in London. The Art Director will play an essential role in ideation, design and delivery across a range of multi-disciplinary projects, from brand strategy to product launches, campaign shoots and activations. Overseen by the Creative Director, you will lead on specific projects, taking them from brief to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute conceptual ideas and creative thinking to team ideation meetings
  • Present and articulate creative proposals to clients and collaborators
  • Synthesise creative output with commercial and strategic considerations
  • Work within agreed budgets, timelines and processes to ensure productive outcomes that deliver on the brief and agreed project deliverables
  • Make suggestions for and direct external partners/collaborators in line with the needs of the project e.g. photographers, directors, production houses, etc
  • Manage studio priorities and workflow for ongoing projects
  • Creation and ownership of Keynote presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage, support and mentor junior members of the team

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

  • 3 - 5 years creative studio experience, with a track record in managing creative from concept through to completion
  • In-depth proficiency of Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Keynote
  • A diverse portfolio demonstrating creative ideas for film, photography, print and digital applications
  • A strategic thinker who is passionate about design
  • Self-motivated and proactive in contributing to briefs in a collaborative environment
  • Organised and detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment across multiple projects
