Job Description

This role will play a vital role in helping to shape the future development of the studio. We are looking for someone that can hit the ground running with us, working directly with the Global Marketing Director and Partners to manage and scope the new business pipeline.

This role requires a strategic and creative mind who has a confident and inspirational style to drive engagement with clients and colleagues alike. The role will be focussed on winning new clients, coordinating pitch processes and managing the outbound strategy. The right candidate will be able to work autonomously to manage their workflow and run the business development process independently.

Our clients range from scale-ups to established global brands across a broad range of categories, and our work varies across design, digital and advertising.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a welcoming and informed first point of contact for prospective clients, understanding their goals and sharing insights with the leadership team.
  • Play a key role in developing and nurturing our new business pipeline, working closely with the wider team.
  • Manage incoming leads thoughtfully — qualifying and prioritising opportunities with care and curiosity.
  • Coordinate and complete Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Procurement (RFPs), ensuring clarity and attention to detail.
  • Support in crafting proposals and pitch documents that are both creatively compelling and commercially sound.
  • Confidently lead the pitch process alongside the senior leadership team, fostering collaboration throughout.
  • Track wins and learnings, helping us reflect on performance and improve how we work.
  • Spot new opportunities to connect with potential clients, helping maintain a healthy list of prospects and convert warm leads into partnerships.
  • Ensure new client relationships are smoothly and thoughtfully transitioned into the studio team.
  • Support with general new business coordination — from updating documents and databases to arranging meetings and keeping conversations moving forward.

What we’re looking for…

  • A genuine interest in new business, marketing, design and/or advertising.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in a new business role — agency experience is a must.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in writing — you’re clear, thoughtful and persuasive.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and timelines.
  • A sharp eye for detail — you take pride in doing things well.

You’ll be:

  • Proactive, positive and ready to roll your sleeves up when needed.
  • A thoughtful communicator who enjoys working with different personalities and perspectives.
  • Calm and supportive under pressure, with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Organised and forward-thinking — someone who’s always a step ahead.
  • Open, curious, and excited by what’s possible.
