Superco is the leading customer experience specialist for Shopify Plus brands. We combine our Shopify Plus knowledge with a deep understanding of what makes customers tick to drive revenue growth for our brands.

We’re looking for an Junior Account manager: eCommerce to support our growing client services team. Working directly with our Client growth lead, you will support some of the company’s most important accounts, as well as own your own client relationships and projects. The ideal candidate will possess a natural curiosity for eCommerce, have excellent communication skills, and lead with a customer-first mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and delivering project requirements
  • Support the management and growth of bigger or higher profile accounts, and work closely with the client lead to complete project administration and coordinate tasks
  • Develop a deep understanding of each clients' brand, goals, target audience, and competitive landscape to provide relevant solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to deliver projects on time and within scope
  • Monitor and analyse project performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinate with our email marketing team to develop and implement strategies that drive traffic and sales
  • Prepare and present reports that provide insights on agency performance and key growth opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with eCommerce trends, best practices, and Shopify Plus features to offer clients innovative solutions
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are met within deadlines and client expectations are exceeded

Qualifications & Experience

  • While we prioritise potential, relevant experience is a plus. Here's what could strengthen your application:
  • 2 years+ experience in a relevant role (brand or agency) preferred
  • Any prior experience in eCommerce, such as marketing, customer service, or sales, will demonstrate your understanding of the online retail landscape.
  • It’s also helpful if you know your way around Shopify and are familiar with strategies winning and retaining customers.
  • Experience dealing directly with clients in any setting, demonstrating your customer service skills and confidence in handling client requests
  • Interest in eCommerce, and a willingness to learn are highly valued!
