Who we are

Post are a multi-disciplinary design studio based in East London. We work with a broad range of clients producing brand identities, magazines, books, signage/way-finding and websites.

Due to an increased workload we’re on the hunt for a dedicated account & project manager to help manage the work and our clients.

We’re excited by projects on the horizon and the future of the studio and are looking to expand our team to help us realise our goals and keep us on track.

What you’ll be doing

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and well organised account & project manager who can nurture our existing client relationships and help develop new business opportunities.

Applicants should be passionate communicators with great time management skills, you will be there when clients need answers and will have a handle on the studios resources at all time, working closely with the creative director and designers.

Applicants should be confident, decisive and collaborative with a ‘make-it-happen’ approach. We would value someone with previous experience of working in small to medium sizes design studios who can bring their knowledge and talent to the growing Post team.

Experience with Notion or other project management software, being able to create scopes of work and costing jobs are high on our list of priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Integrating more efficient practices into our workflow
  • Continuing to build on our existing client relationships
  • Supporting clients during on-going projects helping to resolve issues with the creative team
  • Ensuring project requirements are understood by all involved and that assets / timelines are in place
  • Communicating with clients at all times regarding feedback, process and deadlines
  • Preparation and costing jobs out and contract negotiations
  • Short-term and long-term scheduling and resource planning
  • Reporting on the status of projects, helping provide structure, support and insight
  • Helping the CD develop new potential business opportunities
  • Increasing our turnover and profitability with clients

Requirements

  • Excellent time management and organisations skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Culturally astute and aware of the creative industry
  • Good understating of the design process and the workings of a small design studio
  • Comfortable in scoping, quoting and contracting of new projects
  • Devising budgets and project timelines
  • Great at working in a small but effective team
  • Pro-active attitude with a passion for problem-solving and teamwork
  • Experience using Notion, Xero, banking, spreadsheet & word processing applications is essential
  • Experience in using Adobe CC, Databases and CMS would be beneficial
  • 2-3+ years of proven experience within a studio environment
