- 6-month fixed-fee contract | ASAP start
- Salary equivalent of £34,000–£37,000 per annum full-time, depending on experience and portfolio.
- For 6 months that equates to 17,000-18,500
Overview
We’re Nalla a brand agency specialising in B2P (Business-to-People) branding. We help ambitious B2B organisations build brands that connect with real people, balancing strategic clarity with emotional storytelling, and taking those brands confidently into the digital space.
We’re looking for an experienced mid-weight designer to join us on a 6-month contract, starting as soon as possible. You’ll work underneath the senior design team as part of a close-knit team of strategists, designers and account managers, helping us create and apply brands that are human and digitally fluent.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a busy, collaborative agency environment, has strong creative ideas, with a skill in executing design work to a high standard and wants to deepen their experience of creating B2B brands then taking them into engaging digital experiences.
What you'll be doing
- Being part of the team to design and deliver B2B brand identities
- Applying brands coherently across print and digital touchpoints
- Supporting a variety of internal design projects for our marketing and new business activities
- Producing high-quality artwork and confidently handling amends and refinements
- Supporting senior designers with concepts, layouts, mood-boards and executions
- Applying brand systems into digital-first environments, including web and UI design
- Managing your own design tasks independently, Senior designers will give feedback and guidance
- Working proactively across multiple projects, meeting deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Collaborating closely with the wider team to ensure work feels cohesive, clear and people-first
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of experience designing and applying brand identities, ideally within a brand-led agency
- Strong graphic design fundamentals, with excellent typographic and layout skills
- Confidence in artworking, both print and digital deliverables
- A genuine interest in taking brands into digital, with experience in UI design desirable
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Someone with strong ideas who’s open to guidance and enjoys developing their craft
- Positive energy, curiosity, and a clear desire to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative studio
- Confident working hybrid. 3 days a week in our Spitalfields studio, with the rest from home. This is so that we can help you learn and grow
