Middleweight Designer

We're looking for a middleweight designer to join our team in London. You’ll have a head for creative ideas, a good sense of craft and the ability to work across numerous projects at the same time. Your role will be working alongside the founders, heading up projects, leading the creative direction and guiding our junior staff.

Ideally, you will bring a new aspect to our studio (we're thinking animation, illustration, 3D, but looking forward to being surprised).

Planning Unit is a small and friendly studio with diverse work. That means you’ll work on a huge range of briefs, from logo design for start-ups, film titles, publication design, digital products, through to rigorous brand identity systems. Our clients include the BBC, V&A, Nike, Salomon, Oxygen banking, D&AD, PlayStation to name a few.

We work with clients on an international scale, currently across the UK, Europe and the US, and so a global outlook and approach is essential.

Experience: Minimum 4+ years in established design studios - Experience of working across various sectors, delivering a range of projects - Fluent across the Adobe Creative Suite.

We are all currently working remote - looking to re-establish a studio space in central London early 2022. Working days and location will be agreed at that point.
