Mid/Senior Website Designer (UX/UI)

Feast Creative is a design agency based in Camden, specialising in branding and websites for the arts and entertainment industries.

We’re looking for a Mid to Senior Website Designer to join our growing digital team.

This is a pivotal role — we're looking for someone who can help modernise our digital output, create thoughtful and stylish user journeys and support our current design team.

You’ll work closely with developers and project managers to shape the direction of our websites and client experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the design of websites from concept to handover

• Creating responsive, mobile-first layouts with strong UX/UI principles

• Designing in Figma and Photoshop (depending on project needs)

• Collaborating with developers to ensure designs translate beautifully to web

• Contributing ideas and rationale behind design decisions

• Occasionally supporting with digital ads and email layout design

What we’re looking for

• A strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

• A strategic mindset – you design with the user journey in mind

• Confidence designing for mobile-first (not just responsive)

• Solid experience in Figma and Photoshop

• Understanding of accessibility and usability standards

• A clear communicator who works well in a creative team

Bonus points for

• Experience working with developers, ideally in WordPress

• An understanding of modern CSS capabilities

• Familiarity with GSAP or other animation libraries

• An interest in theatre and the arts (not essential, but it helps!)
