About us
Yinka Ilori is a multidisciplinary London-based artist of British-Nigerian heritage, who specialises in storytelling by fusing the two identities of his descent to convey untold narratives in contemporary design. He began his practice in 2011 by up-cycling vintage furniture, inspired by the traditional Nigerian parables and West African fabrics that surrounded him as a child.

The studio consists of a team of colour-obsessed architects, designers and thinkers, with the expertise and capacity to take on public realm projects, large-scale architectural-spatial projects along with smaller scale interior design and product design projects. The studio continues to experiment with the relationship between function and form, with an output that sits between traditional divisions of art, design and architecture.
We are looking for a Part-Time ecommerce & Account Assistant.
Responsabilities
Day-to-day eCommerce Assistance
- General Shopify admin - account requests, invoices etc
- Creation of product pages
- Maintenance of homepage and collection pages
- Customer analysis - provide input on marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Maintaining a clear overview of placed orders, ensuring fulfillment timelines are met
- Utilise data analytics to assess sales performance, identifying KPIs
Retail Customer Support:
- Customer assistance
- Return requests
- Providing product information
- Order queries
Wholesale Sales:
- Outreach to new and existing wholesale customers
- Dealing with requests from buying, admin and accounts teams
- Arranging shipments: customs information, utilising customer shipping accounts and meeting deadlines
- Completing Product Information Forms, providing imagery and assets ahead of delivery to retail partner and their launch
Warehouse/3PL Management:
- Requesting stock/shipment information
- Managing stock takes to ensure correct stock numbers are correct and minimising margin of error
- Notifying warehouse team of incoming stock to expedite booking in process
Marketing:
- Staying aware of all upcoming activations planned by wider marketing team
- Input into creation of campaigns and assets to maximise effectiveness and reach
Reporting:
- Updating Sales, Profit, Wholesale and Invoice Tracker for weekly reports
- Providing reports when requested by wider team and accounts Dept.
- Sharing reports with the wider team to influence marketing, merchandising and ordering activity.
- Setting weekly agenda for YIO team meeting, ensuring all actions for the week ahead are shared with the wider team
Invoicing & Ordering:
- Creation of invoices for wholesale customers
- Processing invoices for new products, couriers etc
- Tracking invoices to chase payments as well as making sure we pay on time
- Creation of PO’s to support buying team
- Input regarding demand to influence order quantities
Product Releases:
- Ensuring that new products are photographed, with product pages created and ready to have images dropped in when ready
- Updates provided to wider team regarding key dates: Delivery to warehouse, release dates, when delivery to customer will commence
