Are you motivated by genuinely great creativity? Do you want to push to get the best ideas out there? We’re looking for a talented and passionate Creative Designer to become the dedicated lead for one of our boldest and most creative clients.
This is a unique opportunity to embed deeply within a single brand’s universe and drive standout creative across every touchpoint. As our client’s dedicated creative, you’ll be the go-to guardian of visual identity, collaborating closely with their internal teams and our Project Managers to deliver exciting best-in-class content and campaigns.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the lead creative and visual guardian for the client’s brand, ensuring all output is consistent, compelling, and on-brand.
- Conceptualise and design a wide range of assets – from digital and social to event collateral, presentations and motion graphics.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (strategy, copy, marketing, digital, etc.) across all regions.
- Translate brand strategy into bold, creative design executions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality remains high, whilst working at a super fast pace.
- Present creative ideas and rationale clearly to both internal stakeholders and client teams.
- Stay immersed in cultural trends and competitor activity to inspire innovation and keep the brand relevant.
- Brief and manage freelancers when required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic or visual design, preferably within an agency or brand environment.
- A strong, diverse portfolio that showcases your ability to flex creatively within brand guidelines.
- Exceptional eye for detail, composition, typography, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Keynote, Google, CMS knowledge and Event Management tools a plus.
- Experience designing across platforms: digital, print, social, video, experiential.
- Confidence in presenting to clients and internal teams.
- Ability to interpret brand strategy and bring it to life visually.
- Comfortable with feedback loops and iteration.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A proactive mindset and a team-focused approach.

Salary: up to 50k DOE
