The state-of-the-art offering is a first of its kind that will be free for Actors and launches with the backing of senior industry figures and some of the world's top investors.
Performeo is growing rapidly with 6,000+ Actors already signed up pre-launch, as well as a significant portion of UK Casting.
What is the Role
This is an extremely creative and visual industry and creating a distinctive visual identity and brand across our product, social and marketing materials, is core to our growth.
We are looking for a Digital Designer who can hit the ground running and is excited to help shape that identity. The room for growth in this role is endless, and we are looking for someone who could move from Digital Designer to Creative Director and own and run the entire creative and marketing side of the business.
What you will do from the get-go
- Play a key role in shaping how Performeo looks, feels, and shows up in the world.
- Manage the design and operation of Performeo.com as well as a high volume of design across digital formats, so strong capability in Figma, Webflow, animation, photography, and videography are essential.
- Create and own social content, motion and video, product visuals, and brand assets.
- Collaborate very closely with the founders, product / tech team, and marketing.
- Shows real go-getter attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to become our Creative Director.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong proficiency in Figma & Webflow.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a similar creative equivalent.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong aesthetic judgement - clean layout, typography, composition, and modern interface design.
- Ability to translate abstract concepts into intuitive, visually appealing designs.
- Enthusiasm for the Performing Arts.
