Since we were founded in 2007, It’s Nice That has become the leading platform to inspire creativity around the world. Across our online platform, and through our events and social channels, we reach an audience of over 8.3 million people every month – from juniors joining the industry to creative thought leaders.

This takes the shape across online advertising, brand partnerships, creative insights, experiences and social creators. We work with brands of all scales, from local start-ups through to global companies such as Spotify, Apple, The LEGO Group, Vans, BBC and many more. Across all our projects, we look to produce high-quality creative and campaigns to engage audiences across our channels.

This role matters because you are the guardian of the standard, ensuring that whether a project is built by our internal team or a curated network of freelancers, the final result is always innovative, polished, and on-brand.

This is a player-manager position where your leadership extends beyond the desk; you will act as the lead in the creative team, as well as selecting and directing a roster of freelancers to deliver work. You will empower your team to focus on their strengths, while you provide the art direction, visual strategy, and final quality control that ties it all together.
