GH05T is a social media agency predominantly focusing on strategy, ideation, creation, distribution and management of content. About the role

We are looking for a Creative Copywriter who is confident and familiar with Twitter. The role entails using your copywriting skills to engage with the brand’s community, conveying its personality and tone of voice, as well as identifying pharmacovigilance data.

The day-to-day responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Managing, responding and engaging with comments and messages on the brand’s Twitter page
  • Organising and categorising comments in approved traffic light system
  • Develop a deep understanding of the brand’s core values, personality and tone of voice, ensuring consistency throughout all digital presence
  • Using the brand’s TOV guidelines to craft great copy to use as comments and messages responses
  • Liaising with the Client, Content and Community Manager to resolve issues when they arise, as well as providing input to finding solutions
  • Creating monthly reports and providing insights

About You

Our ideal candidate is a skilled and creative writer with an eye for detail, as well as remarkable time management and communication skills. You’re the right fit if you’ve got a background in PR, advertising, social media, copywriting, or journalism.

Requirements and skills

Essential:

  • Proven experience as a copywriter or related role, 2+ years of experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Twitter and Twitter Culture
  • Exceptional skill with the nuances of social media writing including using hashtags, emojis, GIFs etc.
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills including impeccable grammar and punctuation (UK English)

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Google Docs and Sheets)
  • Experience with Social Media Management platforms
