This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading multi-disciplinary practice as a Team Coordinator, supporting a group of talented architects and designers.

A prestigious architecture studio in Clerkenwell is seeking a motivated Team Coordinator to provide integral support between the specialists and architectural project leaders. This design-led practice works across master-planning, architecture and interior design in a range of sectors. They are seeking an enthusiastic team player to work alongside another Team Coordinator as part of the wider technical design group. You will be involved in all key stages throughout the project life cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Diary and inbox management

• Arrange inductions for all new starters across all office locations

• Arrange key meetings and reviews, creating meeting agendas, compiling presentations and taking minutes

• Update the document management system (Newforma) with project information

• Upload team information and articles to the intranet

• Compile the Technical Team’s annual budget, and handling expenses and purchases

• Arrange couriers, travel and accommodation

• Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks for the technical team

• Act as a back up to the other Team Coordinator, in addition to the Practice Operations team as necessary

Skills and experience

• Previous experience in a team support position, ideally within architecture or a related discipline

• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop preferred

• Accurate touch typing at a speed of 60 wpm+

• Ability to communicate well and work in a team

• Strong organisational skills and a good eye for detail
