Midweight Graphic Designer
Job Description
Overview
JENKI is looking for a sharp, creative, and fast-moving Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to lead day-to-day design across the brand from digital campaigns and bar menus to packaging and website updates.
As our sole in-house designer, you’ll work closely with the founders, marketing, and our creative agency (Pulsar) to bring the world of JENKI to life across every customer touchpoint. You’ll have ownership of our visual output, building on existing templates while pushing our creative direction forward.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Design & Campaigns
- Execute brand creative across bar, retail, digital, and packaging
- Build and manage design templates for consistency and efficiency
- Own seasonal campaign assets from concept to rollout, working with marketing and culinary
Website & Digital
- Design and update visuals across our Shopify website (homepage assets, landing pages, banners, etc.)
- Create email marketing graphics for weekly newsletters and product drops (via Klaviyo)
- Support on digital marketing needs, including paid media and affiliate partner assets
Packaging & Product
- Assist in evolving and adapting packaging designs (labels, stickers, sleeves, gift boxes) across SKUs
- Liaise with suppliers or printers as needed to ensure correct specs and output
- Creating new packaging designs for seasonal and short term specials launches
In-Store & Bar Collateral
- Design menus, POS, shelf talkers, window vinyls, and printed collateral for seasonal campaigns and new bar launches
- Maintain an evolving bar toolkit of design assets that reflect the brand’s tone and visual edge
About You
- 3–5 years design experience, ideally with experience designing food, lifestyle, wellness, or retail collateral
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma)
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, and brand systems
- Comfortable working fast and managing multiple priorities
- Confident collaborating with non-design teams (marketing, culinary, ops)
