Studio and Post Production Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a very organised individual with industry experience to join our team as a Studio and Post Production Manager.
The role suits somebody with a working knowledge of post production in motion and stills, ideally some knowledge of studio equipment.
we prefer our team to live fairly local to reduce long commutes.
Dog Friendly Office, 5 days a week but flexible working hours, WFH possible when studio not booked.
Start date is Mid July.
25 days + Bank Holidays + aim for 2 weeks at Christmas.
Role includes, but is not limited to;
Post production:
Account management: clients communications/ first point of contact
Accounting management: budgets, invoicing, payments
Project management: Schedules, deliverables, jobs allocation
Support the team with client’s communication by always being on top of all projects schedule/ agreements and deliverables
Maintain constant conversation/ relationship with clients and make sure to be top of their list when new projects come in
Studio manager:
Manage bookings
Manage kit hire
Support in production where required/ needed
Manage quoting/ invoicing/ payments
Studio maintenance
Studio supplies
Studio advertising/ marketing
Office manager +:
Social media management: linked-in, instagram
Website management
Office maintenance: help with keeping office tidy and client facing/ order office supplies
Team welfare: ensure work environment is as good as it can possibly be
Weekly shop for the team/ office/ studio
‘Events management’: organise holidays/ restaurants and birthday celebrations
Organise gifting
