Studio BND (But Never Dull) is a young creative agency driven by ideas.
We are not sector, or medium specific. We instead focus on delivering creative solutions and unique content for brands who want to put their audiences first. From our years spent in the events industry, we know audiences are more than just metrics and we want to help our clients foster genuine connections. As such we create identity systems, digital campaigns and marketing comms that put our client’s audience at the forefront of their conversation.
About the Role
We are looking to bring someone onboard to oversee sales, lead generation and new business development. This is a pivotal role within a young company. As a result, the ideal candidate would need to be proactive in their responsibilities and work directly with the directors to develop sales collateral, build upon the current client base, meet targets, and help ensure that client expectations are met.
Primarily a sales role, a significant portion of the job involves reaching out to new potential clients and representing Studio BND in person and on the phone. However, at times you will also be required to assist with a range of basic marketing tasks including social management, case study development, media pack copy writing and media outreach so experience in these areas is a bonus.
We are not looking for someone who just comes in and does what they’re told. We are currently in an exciting phase where we need to get our name and voice out into the world, make new relevant connections and build a brand of our own. Specifics Skills.
- 2-3 years experience in a creative led sales role.
- A personable, targeted approach to lead generation.
- Creatively and strategically minded with a knack for creating solutions when faced with obstacles.
- Work with the directors to build out appropriate sales decks, and funnels.
- Proven experience generating leads & winning work.
- Proven experience in the creative sector.
- Entrepreneurial and a proactive attitude to work.
- Understanding of how to sell creative services to relevant brands and businesses.
When / Where
We operate a 4 day week with every Tuesday off (for yourself or other projects) and work 9:30AM - 6PM the remainder of the week.
We are currently a small team, with an extended family of freelancers and as a result we are fully remote. However, we are looking for applicants who can occasionally commute into London for meetings and team days (1-3 days a month).

- £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary DOE.
- 5% bonuses based on turnover of projects won.
