This year's list includes a range of companies from across the creative world, highlighting teams that are setting new standards for the industry and enabling creativity to flourish through the policies and practices they have in place. CULTURE considers the environment, the ways that ownership, recognition, collaboration and inclusion cultivate a team’s creativity.

CRAFT is all about the work, how creativity is valued, the pride teams take in the final outcome and the impact of their ideas.

LEADERSHIP looks at the worksplace structure, the impact of leadership to champion creativity, be transparent to foster cohesion and purposeful in the direction for teams.

A key part of Top Creative Companies is helping the industry to better understand the practices and policies that enable creativity to flourish, that’s why we’ve collated data from our awards (all anonymously of course) into actionable insight reports for companies.

Through the reports you’ll learn about the policies and practices that are most adopted by the industry, and which are having the biggest impact on their employees. This covers a whole range of topics from working hours, holiday entitlement and parental leave, through to employee development and specific policies put in place to foster creativity.
