Creative Artworker
Job Description
We’re on the hunt for a talented creative artworker to work across direct mail, press, D/OOH, and core digital channels for a number of our client brands.
The role will be to implement and roll-out the creative vision and designs for a broad range of projects (campaigns and retained BAU work to single activations) across digital, social, motion, and print. Whilst digital experience is a must, we also need someone who had a solid understanding of print, including cutter guides and spot colours.
Reporting to Head of Studio, with a dotted line to the Snr Design team, the right applicant will be self-motivated with a hunger for producing brilliant, award-winning work; a keen eye on digital trends and industry innovation and a willingness to push themselves as far as possible.
A dynamic, thorough, and enquiring approach will be required as you will be called on to be involved in (and balance the needs of) a wide range of projects and executions, with timelines ranging from the immediate to the long-term. Fitting in as part of a wider, creative team, the ability to collaborate effectively is also a must.

Skills
- You should have experience in a similar role (ideally within an agency or studio) in commercial design, advertising, or production, with a portfolio of work across digital and print to show
- Experience rolling campaign creative across all deliverables considering typography, layout, and accessibility for each output, including press, OOH/DOOH, social, web, and digital display
- Good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects is essential. Sketch and Figma is preferred. 3D software such as Blender is a bonus.
- Good working knowledge of PowerPoint (templates/masters, animations/builds, general layouts) is preferred
- Understanding of HTML and CSS, the capabilities, and limitations of web technologies is preferred
