We have an exciting opening for a creative, highly-organised and digital-savvy Account Manager to join our team, working on digital projects for local, national and international brands.

We are a creative studio who blend brand and digital , working across a variety of sectors and disciplines. We believe in the power of design to create real impact in the world.

Currently we are a close-knit, highly collaborative team of creative thinkers and doers, who are all highly passionate about our practice.

As Account Manager you will be a friendly face and first point of contact with our clients, ensuring all our work meets the high standards that we expect. You’ll go to great lengths to make sure that you understand our clients businesses and respective industries, decoding briefs and asking the right questions. You will be a strong communicator and a creative problem solver who’s not afraid to challenge our clients. You’ll help manage projects from start to completion, creating scopes of work, invoicing and ensuring we stay on track and on budget.

Beyond the work, you’ll love being part of a small, but passionate team and will bring something new to the Fiasco culture.

What’s expected of you…

  • You’ll work fairly autonomously, helping to manage digital projects end-to-end; from project scoping to delivery.
  • You’ll be producing schedules and helping to maintain the workflow traffic of the studio.
  • You’ll be expected to help solve creative problems, write creative briefs, brief designers and manage client feedback.
  • You’ll be comfortable costing a project and managing budgets.
  • You’ll be attending client meetings.
  • You’ll be building relationships with our clients and keeping them up-to-date about their projects on a daily basis.
  • You’ll be a key asset in initial concepting and idea generation.

The ideal candidate...

  • Will have a minimum of 2 years experience and a proven track record of working within a creative agency environment.
  • Will be an excellent communicator.
  • Will have a passion for design.
  • Will be extremely organised, with a mind for developing efficient work processes.
  • Will be determined, considered and conscientious.
  • Will be honest, committed and kind.
  • Will be confident and willing to take risks in the name of creativity.
  • Will be a self-starter who takes the initiative and can figure things out for themselves.
  • Will always look to take opportunities to learn and develop their skill-set.
  • Will be a natural team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Will work well in a fast-paced studio environment with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Will have experience working on digital projects and managing freelancers.
  • Will be a natural team player with a personable attitude, bringing the team and the client along for the journey, always with a positive energy.

It would be an advantage to have…

  • Experience using CMS such as WordPress, Craft etc.
  • Experience using Adobe CC suite.
  • An understanding of front-end coding techniques and modern web languages.
