We are actively hiring for Junior, Mid and Senior Brand Designers!

Studio: London

We are a next gen retail design agency on a mission to inspire human connection.

This role is built on a desire to translate insight into powerful brand storytelling, turning knowledge of the fast-changing global consumer landscape into stunning, precedent-setting design.

Our purpose is to inspire human connection; this role crafts narratives interwoven across complex multi-sensory, physical, digital and human aspects. 

OPPORTUNITY

As a creative within the team you will be involved in a multitude of diverse projects, bringing fresh thinking and energy to every brief and studio interaction

It requires growing commercial understanding; striving to articulate the value of any idea to the individual, the client and stakeholder teams, as well as help run a project within time and budget constraints.

Good self-initiated time management is key, in balancing attention across projects and reports, as well as being more ‘on the tools’ in some projects.

The role encompasses the full creative process, all aspects of which need to be approached with equal vigour, even where skills are developing, and playing a part in a multi-disciplined team.

YOU

Exceptional creative delivered across multiple concurrent projects, working from initial brief distillation to delivery, and every step in between

Inputting and developing branding and graphic design skills across the business.

Creative expression of ideas, from sketches to strategies, in formats from workshops, internal creative sessions, meetings and pitches

Development of technical skills and understanding that informs design possibilities, particularly related to tech & innovation

Presenting confidently and positively, being able to articulate your and the teams thinking, internally and externally, beginning to take a lead role in key accounts.

Collaborative working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects from brief distillation to concept and delivery 

Strong portfolio of brand experiences demonstrating knowledge and understanding of the full design process, integrated across physical and digital

Evident strategic thinking, translating insights into multi-sensory experiences

Excellent communication skills, visual and verbal

Clear engagement with wider industry and market trends, demonstrably informing work 

Software skills: Adobe suite
