  • You're considered and calm under pressure
  • You’re approachable, adaptable and comfortable working with high profiled clients
  • You’re a team player with an enthusiasm to build and maintain lasting relationships

  • You're great at organising and prioritising yours and others’ workload
  • You’re organised, with exceptional budgeting, planning and time-management skills
  • You're a perfectionist, leading by example and providing quality control

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management (or producer) experience in a digital and/or creative agency
  • Organised. You thrive in maintaining order when lots of work is going on at a fast pace
  • Strong communication skills. You will be the key point of contact with clients and will manage the flow of information between the team and the client
  • Business minded. You will be responsible for managing project budgets and schedules which have a significant impact on our businesses finances and profitability
  • Kind-hearted but firm. You will need to manage the clients expectations and ensure projects are moving forward as planned
  • Confidence. You will lead client meetings and build strong relationships with your clients
  • Curious. You will work across the full project life cycle and adapt to different types of projects - brand, campaign, product
  • You have a general understanding of brand and digital

Our culture

As a growing team, our culture is very important to us. We're underpinned by values of creativity, quality and care.

The studio is fast-paced so you'll need to be a good team player with an open mind and a positive work ethic. We are located in central London but offer flexible remote working a few days a week.

We're a social bunch too, so we're looking for someone who's as excited to work on a big pitch as they are to enjoy a social get together with the team.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary (based on experience)
  • Generous holidays
  • Hybrid working policy (2 days a week in office)
  • Generous personal health & wellness package
  • Quarterly wellness workshops
  • We will match charity fundraising efforts
  • Join a fast-growing and exciting agency with excellent growth opportunities
  • Working with a fun, highly-motivated team where there's never a dull moment
