Our studio: Hybrid. Working from home 4 days a week and in central 1 day per week.

Level: Mid to Senior

What you’ll be doing

- As Project Manager, you’ll be a key part of the agency, working closely with the Creative Partners and a team of four designers to manage projects from brief through to delivery.

- You’ll proactively support the team with day-to-day project admin and be the main point of contact for clients.

- You’ll oversee progress across multiple projects, making sure everything stays on track and on budget. You’ll use Streamtime to plan and track hours, and lead daily catch-ups with the team to keep things moving.

- You’ll manage the studio schedule, handling both short-term planning and long-term resourcing.

- You’ll be responsible for writing project estimates and proposals.

- You’ll support the briefing process—working closely with the designers to ensure each job starts on the right foot.

- You’ll help bring structure and clarity to the way we work, regularly reporting on project status and presenting progress updates to the Creative Directors.

- You’ll enjoy and have a good understanding of branding and the creative process, and will help guide both clients and designers through each project with that in mind.

- As we don’t have a Studio Manager, you’ll also help with general agency admin and support the Creative Partners where needed.

Skills + Experience

- At least 4 years experience of working in a design studio.

- A broad understanding and appreciation of branding and design – especially in hospitality.

- Experience in managing branding projects, design implementation, print, photoshoots and web.

- Proactive and ambitious enough to lead and shape the role of a Project Manager at & SMITH.

- Be able to thrive in a fast paced environment working on multiple projects at the same time.

- Managing the process, from briefing through to final delivery.

- Preparing and managing project quotes, budgets and timelines.

- Methodical planning, time management and organisational skills.

- Client facing experience.

- Must have a good knowledge of Streamtime.

- Building and maintaining excellent client relationships.

- Familiar with Mac based systems and software.
