Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a brilliant Growth Marketing Manager to help us take Caravan’s digital visibility and storytelling to the next level, bringing to life our culture, people, food, and experiences in a way that feels as real and inviting as the spaces we create.
You’ll lead the day-to-day of our digital eco-system: managing website content and updates, working on SEO, CRM and digital campaigns, and ensuring our online experience feels as good as a visit to one of our restaurants. You’ll also collaborate closely within the wider brand and marketing team, spending time on-site to capture authentic stories, moments, and inspiration from across our venues.
What You’ll Do
- Support Caravan’s digital strategy across all channels: from social and email to web and search optimisation: ensuring everything feels connected, consistent, and distinctly Caravan
- Manage and update the Caravan website, keeping content clear, engaging, and optimised for bookings
- Plan, write, and produce standout content: from social media posts and newsletters to longer-form brand stories and campaign assets
- Oversee paid digital marketing activity including social and search, with a focus on reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Own email marketing, both automated flows and campaign emails – driving engagement and repeat visits.
- Track and report on performance across digital channels, using insights to inform future content and campaigns.
- Ensure all activity reflects our tone of voice, visual identity, and values.
About You
- You’re commercially driven - motivated by impact, results, and finding smart ways to grow both brand and revenue.
- You take a clear, calm, and structured approach to data, insight, and reporting - translating numbers into meaningful action.
- You bring strong digital marketing experience, with hands-on knowledge across Shopify, Meta, and Google, and ideally experience with hospitality platforms such as Toast, Seven Rooms, or Sunday.
- You have a problem-solving mindset, able to identify what’s not working and find practical, creative ways to fix it.
- You’re passionate about continuous improvement, always testing, learning to find new avenues for business growth
- You’ve got energy, hustle, and curiosity: you’re excited by the idea of growing a brand you genuinely believe in and helping shape where Caravan goes next.
