Introduction:

Cormack Advertising is looking for an innovative Motion Graphic Designer with a specialised focus on the property sector.

This role is perfect for someone who can bring brands to life with animation, enhance existing video content with high-quality motion graphics, kinetic typography, and other graphical amendments.

The ideal candidate should be adept in both graphic design and motion graphics, possessing extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Enhance existing video footage with motion graphics, kinetic typography, and text overlays that align with project requirements and client expectations.

Work on various graphic design tasks, creating visuals for digital and print media that cater to property marketing.

Implement creative design solutions to complex challenges involving video and static imagery.

Collaborate effectively with project teams to assess the needs of the project and deliver high-quality visual content.

Manage multiple design tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Revise, edit, and optimise designs based on feedback from team members and clients.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in motion design and/or graphic design.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Proven ability to apply motion graphics and text overlays to existing video content.

A strong portfolio demonstrating skills relevant to kinetic typography, motion graphics, and graphic design. Specific examples that have applications in the property sector are a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field is preferred.

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with 3D animation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D) is a plus.

Understanding of video editing and production processes, although no video production from scratch is required.

Experience in designing interactive media and virtual tours for the property market.
