Midweight-Senior Video Editor

Salary: £30-40k depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Based: London office

Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in the UK

We're looking for a highly skilled video editor with a strong focus on short-form content designed for social media. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the Adobe Creative Suite and have a keen eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual impact. Experience or an interest in the music creation—or related creative fields—a strong plus.

Working within our marketing team you will support from the initial brief through to delivering a wide range of assets which bring our creative ideas to life. The scope will vary day-to-day from quick social ads, reels, to full scale video campaign teasers and cut downs. We’re also looking for someone who can step in to create organic social content when needed.

You must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment and be comfortable working with typography and varying lengths of footage.

Key Skills:

  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects,
  • DaVinci Resolve)
  • Audio editing and mixing for social content
  • File management and organisation
  • Deep understanding of video best practices across platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)
  • Strong storytelling and visual narrative abilities
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and quick turnarounds
  • Experience capturing video content using an iPhone for social media
  • Experience on set shooting with Cine and Mirrorless cameras

Nice to haves:

  • Knowledge of 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D etc)
  • Motion graphics and animation basics (After Effects)
  • Audio cleaning (RX/Noise removal)
  • Grading experience (Understanding LUTS and Log footage)
  • Audio Recording (2-3 person interview)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep up to date with latest social trends
  • Ensure delivery of all creative work is on time and to a high standard
  • Understand and inform adhere to brand guidelines
  • Create high-quality social media content
  • Develop assets and animations based on brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent visual style across all projects.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director and Marketing team to execute concepts, from initial ideas to final renders.
