The Role

We are seeking a Midweight Retoucher (approximately four years’ experience) tojoin our team on a hybrid basis.

Working closely with our senior retouchers and

producers, you will play an important role in maintaining our reputation as a

trusted and respected creative partner.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong foundational experience

who is motivated to grow within one of the industry’s leading retouching teams.

You will be enrolled in our structured internal training programme, designed to

develop you into an outstanding retoucher operating at the highest professional

level.

We work on demanding, high-profile and technically complex projects, so this

role requires exceptional attention to detail, consistency, and initiative. We are

looking for someone genuinely passionate about their craft — someone who is

ambitious, collaborative, and aligned with what The Hand of God stands for.

The ideal candidate will:

● Have around four years of industry experience (in-house, within a

retouching studio, or directly with a photographer)

● Demonstrate strong technical expertise in Photoshop

● Consistently deliver high-quality retouching across a range of projects

● Show meticulous attention to detail and visual consistency

● Be highly organised with excellent time management skills

● Be proactive, collaborative, and open to feedback

● Communicate clearly and work effectively within a wider creative team

● Bring a professional, grounded attitude to their work

A genuine passion for retouching and photography is essential.

Compensation & Benefits

● £35,000 - £37,000 per annum
