- Participate actively in creative discussions, contributing ideas and shaping project direction.
- Develop design concepts from pre-concept through to final design packages, responding to feedback iteratively.
- Use a variety of techniques to communicate design ideas, including hand sketching, storyboarding, 2D drafting, 3D modeling, or physical model-making.

- Prepare high-quality presentation documents (mood boards, decks, mood reels) to visually and verbally convey concepts.
Collaboration & Project Support:
- Attend project meetings and workshops, contributing creative insights.
- Document key points and actions during creative sessions for future reference.
- Support internal and client-facing design presentations, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with freelancers to develop visuals aligned with creative concepts.
- Assist in maintaining department organisation, including filing systems, templates, and case studies.
This role is based in our Leeds City Centre studio and requires an in-person presence.
