Job Description

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team at TEMPLO. As our project manager you will play a key role in the studio, managing the delivery of our branding and strategy, campaigns and digital projects.

About TEMPLO

We are a cause-led branding and communications agency committed to using the positive power of
design for social change.

This has always been and will always be what we do (it is not box ticking or a nice to have). Our drive comes from our personal migration journeys - our experience is lived not learned.

We work in close collaboration and in co-creation with our chosen clients. We deliver authentic, attention seeking and impactful communications. We create work that stands out and stands for something.

Responsibilities

Supporting the Founders especially our Managing Director in communication and organising of all projects, often dealing with senior key stakeholders, including C-suite and founders.

Planning, implementing and leading the delivery of studio projects, ranging in scope, size, budget and deliverables.

Managing projects from start to finish, tracking feedback and project statuses and onboarding clients where needed.

Working closely with the team to develop pitches and proposals, leading on budgets and schedules.

Onboarding new projects: putting together proposals, contract negotiations, invoicing schedules, and studio schedules to ensure projects can run to deadline and on budget.

Assigning resources to each project and maintaining and updating team schedules.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing on-demand (within studio hours) contact on project status and changes.

Supporting with weekly studio scheduling and project status meetings.

Monitoring project progress and, when necessary, adapting scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team keeps to project requirements.

Ensuring all deliveries effectively respond to the brief and feedback.

Flagging potential problems within the project workflow or communication channels and providing solutions.

Understanding and capturing client requirements.

Studio management tasks when required, ad-hoc.

Requirements

Inherent understanding and appreciation of TEMPLO’s cause-led ethos. A genuine passion and care for the causes we focus on.

Adaptable and able to juggle a number of projects simultaneously.

Self starter, someone who shows initiative, happy to roll sleeves up, get stuck in, hands-on and will thrive in our agile team.

Proven experience managing in-depth branding and campaign projects is ideal (around 6-12 months in industry is preferable but not mandatory).

An instinctive, people person who is confident and welcoming in order to build a strong team ethic with a genuine personal accountability on projects.

Ability to relate and communicate with different industries and people, a desire to want to learn and grow with each project and client.

Ability to manage complex client-side stakeholder groups.

Has an exceptional eye for detail.

Ability to communicate with clients and team members.

Right to work in the UK.

This is a London-based role. We currently offer a flexible arrangement with the team working from our Shoreditch studio Monday and Thursday and working from home the rest of the week (please note this is subject to change with studio days potentially increasing). Many of our clients are London-based.
